About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electric Vehicle Training Specialist to join our team at Motability Operations. As an expert in facilitating engaging and effective training, you will play a key role in supporting our customers' transition to Electric Vehicles.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs in a face-to-face or virtual environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing blended learning solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our learners. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles will enable you to create an inclusive and interactive learning environment.

As an Motability Operations Trainer, you will work closely with our Customer Service Content Design Team, operational managers, EV teams, and the Coaching Team to ensure seamless integration of training content and schedules. Your expertise in identifying improvement opportunities and providing constructive feedback will contribute significantly to the growth and development of our employees.
