Job Title: Defence Training Specialist

Location: International opportunity

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

The role of the Defence Training Specialist is to provide training and development opportunities for officer cadets in a defence training environment. This includes instructing approved practical and theory subjects, as well as managing courses as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating an engaging learning environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos.
  • Providing feedback to improve service performance and responsiveness.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A military operational and training background as an ABM in an Air Defence environment.
  • Extensive experience as an ABM.
  • One instructional tour in a ABM School or Training Environment (preferably within last 10 years).
  • Qualifications in ABM Instructional Techniques.
