About the Role
Venesky Brown is seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to join our team on a 4-month contract. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to earn £185/day (Inside IR35) and work in a hybrid environment, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

This role is perfect for those with a passion for L&D and a desire to make a real difference in the public sector. As an expert in blended learning and digital solutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping our learning strategy and delivering impactful results. With a strong focus on collaboration and end-user needs, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the OD Manager in implementing learning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Producing learning guides, developing e-learning, in-person courses, and delivering in-house training.
  • Monitoring and evaluating feedback and effectiveness of training in partnership with MLS providers.


Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in L&D, preferably in the public sector or corporate environment, is required for this role. You should have a strong background in adult education, training delivery, and facilitation, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
