Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of training needs within the Operations team, using data collection, surveys, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver effective training programmes.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, with particular expertise in Customer Support & Complaints, Payments and Lending Operations.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
