About the Role

The External Training Lead position is an exciting opportunity for someone driven to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to creating a society where neurodivergent people are understood, accepted, and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Connect service, overseeing the development and delivery of training programmes, workshops, and consultancy support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Connect enquiries and bookings, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement resources that promote neuro-inclusion and excellent EDI practice, aligning with organisational objectives.
  • Promote a digital learning culture by developing high-quality online content and supporting associate trainers and consultants in their work.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in leading learning and development projects, with a focus on neurodiversity and EDI practices. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with your passion for promoting a digital learning culture and championing neuro-inclusion, make you an ideal candidate.

Salary and Benefits
