Amazon is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Partnership Manager to develop and manage relationships with key systems integrators in Poland. As a key member of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

In this role, you will work across the AWS organization to develop high-quality partners that provide consulting services to clients requiring cloud-based solutions. Your key responsibilities will include owning strategic partner relationships, driving pipeline management, executive alignment, go-to-market support, and local and area team alignment.

Key Requirements
  1. Proven experience in IT partner management in Poland, including working with large and complex consulting partners.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud and IT technologies, trends, and partner business models.
  3. Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams to consistently exceed expectations against defined goals and objectives.
  4. Fluent in English and Polish.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. MBA, Masters, or equivalent executive-level experience.
  2. Experience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions, and capabilities.
