Personalised Support Assistant

We're delighted to be recruiting for a Personalised Support Assistant at our CQC Registered Learning Disabilities Scheme in Eastgate, Stoke. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England live independently as possible.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals. This includes providing support to encourage customers to maximise their own potential and independence, key working with individuals to support setting out a care and support plan, and following care plans.
Salary: £11.67 per hour
Benefits include:
- At least 25 days paid holiday, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (plus public holidays)
