Job Title: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to support our children's educational and emotional needs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering tailored learning experiences, implementing personalised strategies and interventions designed to meet the child's individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Instruction:
  • Provide one-on-one support for children, assessing their progress and adapting learning plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to create effective personalised plans and ensure a cohesive approach to the child's education.
  • Manage behaviour and emotional well-being, employing strategies to support positive behaviour and self-regulation.
  • Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and communicate regularly with relevant staff regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Relevant qualifications for Teaching and Learning Support Assistants (e.g., minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
