Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Practitioner to work across our partnering primary schools on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with complex needs, providing personalised support to facilitate their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, and Behavioural needs
  • Facilitating individualised learning plans
  • Working closely with teaching staff to ensure effective implementation of support strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs
