Job Description:

As a Network Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing reactive support to our partners across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners, including the implementation of systems. This role requires identifying and reporting operational and commercial issues observed during planned training sessions. Effective relationship management with partners is essential, and you will need to be approachable.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no day is the same. You will need to think on your feet and sometimes get stuck in on the physical and day-to-day elements required on site. It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had a forklift licence or CPC. Experience with Kaizen is also an added bonus.

This role requires national travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide physical assistance to partners and TPN to ensure network service is robust
  2. Submit visit reports to your manager and CRM
  3. Provide an effective rollout of new systems/procedures/required training to partners where required
  4. Work with internal departments to facilitate a smooth install/new partner process
  5. Work closely with internal departments to ensure potential new partners are 'fit for purpose'
  6. Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless new partner process is followed
  7. Work closely with internal departments to obtain and share data to ensure TPN provide a complete and effective service provision
  8. Collate and present any suggested improvements to operational procedures and the quality of the overall Network service
  9. Provide practical assistance to any issues relating to the company
  10. Encourage suggestions from partners to improve the quality of service provided by the company
  11. Promote and uphold the Quality ethos of the company
  12. Provide a reactive and efficient support to partners as required
  13. Work closely with the network support manager to highlight any required 'in the moment' decisions to gain approval.
  14. Ensure all operational coverage spend is under the postcode support budget

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train
  • Flexibility to adapt to short notice requests for support
  • Ability to effectively prioritise
