We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team in South Derbyshire. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to local clients in their own homes, ensuring they remain independent and safe.

As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will visit clients regularly, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality care. Your role will involve:

  • Providing daily support to clients, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Delivering ongoing continuity of care, understanding each client's unique needs and preferences

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring client safety and well-being
  • Assisting with medication management (if applicable)
  • Preparing meals and snacks (if required)

Requirements for the role:

  • Natural empathy and a genuine desire to help others
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A 'people person' with excellent communication skills

  • Flexible part-time or full-time hours to suit your needs
  • Paid mileage at 27p per mile
