Job Summary

This Network Support Coordinator position is available at Culina Group, a leading logistics provider. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing reactive support to partners across the UK and Ireland. This role involves critical assistance when needed, proactive management of new partner onboarding, and implementation of systems with internal team support.

  2. Provide physical assistance to partners and TPN to ensure network service robustness.\\\
  3. Submit visit reports to your manager and CRM.\\\
  4. Effectively roll out new systems, procedures, and required training to partners as needed.\\\
  5. Collaborate with internal departments for smooth installs and new partner processes.\\\
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure potential new partners are ‘fit for purpose’.\\\

  8. Share data with internal teams to ensure TPN provides complete and effective services.\\\
  9. Present suggested improvements to operational procedures and overall network quality.\\\
  10. Offer practical assistance for company-related issues.\\\

  12. Promote and uphold the Quality ethos of the company.\\\
  13. Provide reactive and efficient support to partners as needed.\\\
  14. Partner with the Network Support Manager to address in-the-moment decisions and gain approval.\\\
  15. Ensure operational coverage spend aligns with postcode support budget.\\\

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
