The estimated salary for this role is £14.50 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience and location in the UK.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of our service, maintaining buildings and surrounding areas to agreed health and safety standards.

Your duties will include decorating, furniture removal, general repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the premises both internally and externally.

You will focus on preventative maintenance, reporting potential issues to be quickly resolved and prioritizing your workload accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of workplace safety principles.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks required by the job.
  • Flexibility to work according to the needs of the service.
