Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Advisor to join our Clinical Team based in Swadlincote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality nursing services to patients at all times, ensuring compliance with regulations and professional standards.
- You will assist in providing Patient Support Programmes, teaching patients and carers to self-administer therapy, and participating in telephone and virtual calls as part of these programmes.
- Additionally, you will be involved in clinical governance activities, including clinical supervision, and assist in promoting an organization environment that encourages positive staff morale and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience within a clinical setting
- RGN Part 1 of the NMC Register
- ENB 998 and/or teaching experience/qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
