Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in their own homes. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and understanding. You will be responsible for providing daily support, assistance with financial management, domestic tasks, and medication administration. Additionally, you will help individuals develop new skills, participate in community activities, and maintain important relationships.
Shift patterns typically include weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and nights, with planned time off. We offer full-time and part-time positions, requiring a minimum of 26 hours per week. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
