Palliative Care Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team as a Ward Manager - Specialist Palliative Care. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the overall efficiency and effective management of the IPU team, ensuring our service meets the needs of patients and families requiring specialist palliative care.
As a clinical leader, you will be expected to demonstrate a passion for palliative care and inspire others to drive improvements in line with local, regional, and national standards. You will have a strong clinical background and significant experience in management and leadership, with excellent communication skills and the ability to create an inspirational learning and working environment.
The successful candidate will be well supported by our senior leadership team and will have access to excellent learning and developmental opportunities, including regular personal development planning and our educational strategy.
