Paediatric Palliative Care Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Palliative Care Senior Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of exceptional clinical services for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

- Leading the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for referred patients and their families.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, service quality, and staff engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to patients and families, including clinical, emotional, and practical care.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in change management, paediatric palliative care, and leadership. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of seriously unwell children and their families, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A recognised nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
- Significant experience in paediatric palliative care, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
