About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
* Prescribe medication and refer patients to specialist services as needed
* Lead clinical teams and provide mentorship to junior staff
* Provide clinical advice and guidance to colleagues

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
* Registration as a nurse, paramedic, or pharmacist
* Experience in a similar role or related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Working Arrangements:
