Clinical Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Tamworth, UK. As a key member of our Urgent Care Division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for advancing primary care practices. With a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent, you will be well-equipped to assess health needs, diagnose, treat, and refer patients as an autonomous practitioner.
**Responsibilities:**
• Assess and manage patient health needs through comprehensive consultations and physical examinations
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and refer patients to specialist services as needed
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
**Requirements:**
• Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist, or equivalent qualifications
• Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
• Strong clinical skills, including prescribing and minor injury management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
**What We Offer:**
• Competitive hourly rate: £48,379.50 - £64,369.50
• 36 annual leave days (including Bank Holidays) + additional leave for bank calculated on hours worked
