We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at an exciting time in our growth.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will support existing clinical care, enhancing capacity and capability within our multidisciplinary teams. You will assess health and clinical needs, undertake consultations autonomously, using your advanced clinical practice skills and own judgment to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.
This role requires a qualified healthcare professional with a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, as well as current registration and a strong background in clinical practice. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will provide exceptional patient care, contributing to the delivery of highly successful services within 111, Clinical Assessment Services, GP Out-of-Hours, and Urgent Treatment Centres nationally.
