Care Professional for Specialist Services

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Specialist Services Team as a Complex Care Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our male client in the Tamworth area, who has complex needs including learning difficulties, positive behaviour support training, epilepsy, and autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care and supporting daily living activities
- Assisting with communication and managing challenging behaviours
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive clinical training and induction, overseen by professional nurses. You will also have access to ongoing development opportunities, including recognised qualifications and apprenticeships. Our competitive salary package includes a basic hourly rate of £12.00 - £15.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as overtime pay, uniform provision, and a mobile phone.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
- A drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass a DBS/PVG check and provide satisfactory references
- The right to work in the UK
