Job Description

We're recruiting an experienced Primary Care Professional to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll be responsible for supporting existing care to enhance capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health needs and conduct comprehensive consultations
  • Make informed decisions on treatment and refer patients to specialist services when necessary
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated salary: £56,500 - £63,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
  • 5% learning and development time
  • Annual leave for bank calculated on hours worked
  • NHS pension scheme or 6% employer pension contribution
