Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialist Services Team as a Complex Needs Assistant - Live-In Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our male client in the Tamworth area, who requires live-in care due to his complex needs, including epilepsy and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and supporting daily living activities
  • Assisting with communication and managing challenging behaviours
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to risk assessments and protocols
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including:

  • Overtime pay
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave
  • Uniform provision, mobile phone, and Blue Light Card eligibility
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • A drivers licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to pass a DBS/PVG check and provide satisfactory references
  • The right to work in the UK
