We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Tamworth, where you will be working in one of our Urgent Treatment Centres.
As an Advanced Healthcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing the health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, and using your advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-professional teams, providing clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff, and contributing to the development of our team through leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the health and clinical needs of patients
- Undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner
- Using advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients
What We Offer:
- Salary: £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum
- Annual leave: 36 days (including Bank Holidays)
- Death in Service: A tax-free lump sum of cash for your loved ones and beneficiaries
- NHS pension or 6% Employer Pension contribution (if eligible)
