Job Summary:

We are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all advanced manufacturing engineering activities for new programs coming into the business.

This role involves interaction from quote phase for new products and then supporting the setup and launch of production lines, ensuring smooth project delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

About You:
- 9+ years' experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
