Advanced Healthcare Specialist

As a valued member of Totally's Urgent Care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art Urgent Treatment Centres. With a focus on autonomous practice, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with minor illnesses and injuries, making informed decisions based on your advanced clinical skills and judgment.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Your extensive experience as a registered nurse, paramedic, or pharmacist will serve as a foundation for your success in this position.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and hold current registration with the relevant professional body. You should also have evidence of completion of study in minor illness, injury, paediatric minor illness, and injury, as well as independent prescribing qualifications.
We offer an attractive salary range of £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum, reflecting the demands and expectations of this critical role.
