About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Quality/Technical Manager to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our Engineering & Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and food safety of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality and food safety procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with a recognised qualification (E.g. Food Science etc.). A minimum of Level 3 HACCP & Food Safety certification is also required.
