Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes, helping them to maintain their independence, and collaborating with the care team to develop and implement tailored care plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willing to study towards)
  • Experience working in care settings (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
