Care Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of a vibrant and energetic individual who enjoys participating in various community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and support the individual in participating in community activities such as swimming, bowling, visiting local attractions, and trampolining.
- Engage in arts and crafts, watching movies, listening to music on the iPad, singing nursery rhymes, and other fun activities at home.
- Assist with developing new skills and hobbies, encouraging their interests, and fostering independence.
- Provide day-to-day assistance with tasks as needed, ensuring their well-being and safety during outings and home activities.
- Facilitate social interactions and help build meaningful relationships within the community.
