**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. As an Intervention Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personalised learning provision for learners with varying needs across four broad areas of need.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small high school situated in the picturesque Suffolk countryside. The students demonstrate respect, motivation, and very good behaviour in their learning environment.

The successful candidate will lead and deliver interventions on a one-to-one and small group basis, ensuring all students thrive and make progress from their individual starting points.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement effective interventions to support student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and interpersonal skills throughout the role.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with learners, teachers, and other staff members.
  • A competitive salary package is available for this role, including £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (FTE) or £23,728 - £26,201 per annum (Pro Rata).
