Supporter Care Specialist

At our undisclosed organisation, the Fundraising team aims to inspire and engage supporters to maximise voluntary income. This is achieved by delivering a portfolio of engaging giving and fundraising opportunities.

The Supporter Care Specialist will lead the development, planning and delivery of a sustainable lottery programme that meets income and ROI targets. They will also oversee the management and continuous optimisation of the CRM System (Donorflex) for fundraising, communications and engagement purposes.

Candidates will have significant experience in customer service, preferably within a not-for-profit or commercial setting.
