The Role

We're recruiting for a Senior Care and Support Assistant at our CQC registered physical disabilities service. As part of our team, you'll provide personal care and support to customers, encouraging them to enhance their independence and personal potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Care and Support Assistants
  • Working closely with staff to promote safe practices and undertake risk assessments
  • Safe handling of medication
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
What You'll Need
  • Recent experience of working in a similar role with vulnerable people is essential
  • Previous experience supervising a team
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
