About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team as an Intervention Lead. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personalised learning provision for students with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver interventions on a 1-2-1 and small group basis to ensure students thrive and make progress from their individual starting points.
- Communicate and interact effectively with colleagues, students, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of targeted support plans.
Requirements
- High standards of communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field (desirable).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (FTE), £23,728 - £26,201 per annum (Pro Rata)
