About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Bury St Edmunds.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • SUPPORT STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING.
  • IMPLEMENT INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PLANS TO CATER TO EACH STUDENT'S UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH TEACHERS TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER PERSONALIZED LEARNING PROGRAMMES.
  • MANTAIN A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT.
Requirements and Expectations
  • A RELEVANT QUALIFICATION OR EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IS ESSENTIAL.
  • A COMMITMENT TO SAFEGUARDING AND PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN IS PARAMOUNT.
Package and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,750, based on experience. You will also receive 7% statutory holiday pay.
