About the Job:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students, assisted by the class teacher.
  • Support students with SEN, assisting with their educational and personal development, both individually and in groups.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and nurturing learning environment, promoting independence and confidence among students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, contributing to comprehensive assessments and reports.
