We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team as a School Support Teacher for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in teaching students with SEMH needs, preferably in a specialist setting
  • Strong understanding of behavior management strategies
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Dedication to supporting the emotional, social, and academic growth of students
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
