Job DescriptionAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs and SEMH challenges.
- Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborating with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- A recognized teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience is required.
- A strong commitment to child protection and safeguarding is essential.
The annual salary for this position is £27,500, based on experience. You will also receive 7% statutory holiday pay.
