About the Role
This SENCO Assistant - SEMH Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to students with SEN and SEMH challenges. As a key member of the school's support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEN and SEMH practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each student receives the care and attention they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted interventions to students with SEN and SEMH challenges
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the design and implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
* Monitor and report on student progress regularly
