Role Overview
As an Intervention Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality interventions on a one-to-one and small group basis. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans, and provide support and guidance to students with varying levels of need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality intervention programs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Support students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (FTE), £23,728 - £26,201 per annum (Pro Rata).
