Role Overview

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. You will work closely with teachers to deliver personalized learning interventions, and provide support and guidance to students with varying levels of need.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality interventions on a one-to-one and small group basis.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Support students with special educational needs.

Person Specification:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (FTE), £23,728 - £26,201 per annum (Pro Rata).
