An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate care professional to lead a team of care assistants at one of the UK's leading healthcare providers in Bury Saint Edmunds, Suffolk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents with residential and dementia care needs in a lovely, en-suite accommodation. This role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to complete Level 3. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Supporting residents with personal care needs and facilitating their participation in activities promoting health and wellbeing
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

This is a permanent, full-time position working 39 hours per week, offering an excellent salary of £30,156.36 per annum. Additional benefits include:

The estimated salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
