Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work in a reputable care home based in the UK. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, supporting residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well. Key duties include administering medication, maintaining clear and accurate records, and supporting residents with personal care needs.

The ideal candidate will have a kind, warm and caring nature, be able to work well as part of a team, and use their own initiative. Previous care experience and experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care are preferred and beneficial for the role.

The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £14.87 per hour and the annual salary is £30,156.36 per annum. This permanent full time role is for 39 hours a week working through Days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses and qualifications.
