Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable care home in the Bury Saint Edmunds area. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage them to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a willingness to complete Level 3.
- Previous care experience and a passion for caring for older people.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Competitive salary of £14.87 per hour and an annual salary of £30,156.36.
