We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Theatre Team Lead to join our team at Newmedica in Suffolk. This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Deputy Theatre Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Theatre Manager and ensuring the effective operation of our theatre teams. Your responsibilities will include providing scrub services, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to the development and implementation of internal training programs.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistently high standards of testing and administration, while maintaining the highest levels of patient care and safety. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an extra day of birthday leave, and a company pension scheme.
