We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Mildenhall Children's Home. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our mission by providing day-to-day management of the home and ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct support to young people and staff members
  • Leading and managing a team of carers and support staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve care services
