Relief Accommodation Worker: Supporting Young People's Needs

We are seeking dedicated Relief Accommodation Project Workers to join our team in Ipswich, providing flexible support to young people in residential care.

About the Job:

  • Support young people in their daily activities, offering guidance and supervision as needed.
  • Foster a supportive environment that promotes well-being, independence, and development.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery, meeting the needs of young people.

Salary Estimate: £9.20 - £10.35 per hour (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide supervision and guidance to young people in daily living activities.
  2. Maintain a supportive atmosphere, promoting well-being and independence.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to meet the needs of residents.
