About the Role
This SENCO Assistant - SEMH Specialist position is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEN and SEMH challenges. As a member of the school's support staff, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters academic success and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEN and SEMH practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored support plans, collaborating with teachers to assess and monitor student progress, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver individualised learning plans to meet the needs of students with SEN and SEMH challenges
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Collaborate with teachers to assess and monitor student progress regularly
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
