Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) specialist to join our team. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to develop self-confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational programs
  • Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in teaching or supporting children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
