We're opening a new branch and seeking a Care Manager to lead this venture from day one.
This role offers the chance to shape a high-quality service, backed by our nationally recognised brand, and make decisions that prioritize customers' quality of life.
">Main Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the new branch efficiently and profitably, delivering exceptional care.
- Hold CQC/CIW registration and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Build relationships in the local community to promote the branch and identify business opportunities.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring customer needs are met to the highest standards.
- Effectively communicate and implement policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support staff and carers with training and development to uphold service standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving it. Experience working within the care sector at management level is essential, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
