Residential Care Manager for Children

**Leading Change in Residential Care**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, providing exceptional care for children with learning disabilities.
Competitive Salary: £50,000 + DOE
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading Ofsted-registered services, with a strong focus on safety, well-being, and growth. As a seasoned leader, you will develop care plans that prioritize personalized support for independence and quality of life.
A key aspect of this role is building a dedicated care team, recruiting and training staff to deliver high-quality care. You will also oversee budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
With at least 1+ years of experience working with children with learning disabilities, you will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of safeguarding practices. A Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
